A showroom, a sewing workshop, a photo studio and portraits of women from the region: in Neufchâteau, she has brought it all together under three letters, BKS. In 2026, she took twelve looks all the way to the catwalk in Arlon.

Christelle Bukasa is a textile stylist, art director and personal shopper with more than ten years' experience. She trained at Francisco Ferrer in Brussels, then in management, and has settled in Neufchâteau with her family.
Since childhood, she has been transforming fabrics, ribbons and second-hand clothes.
Making fashion a tool for expression, empowerment and local impact.

On Rue Lucien Burnotte in Neufchâteau, BKS Shop Design brings several trades together: personal shopping and styling by appointment, textile customisation, a sewing workshop (made-to-measure, alterations, event dresses), a pop-up space for local designers, and a photo studio for hire for professional photo shoots. The venue also hosts exhibitions, conceptual photo shoots and visual collaborations with artists.
She stands by her choice of town: “This is where I live, and I want to help drive the province forward. Neufchâteau deserves an inspiring fashion & art space, open to everyone.”
We take our time, we adjust, we personalise. Here, we don’t disguise people. We reveal their light.

In September 2024, her creations are already on the catwalk in Neufchâteau: the Culture Fashion Day at Espace 29 thanks “Bksbindaf by Christelle Bukasa” among its designers.
Her 2026 designer profile sums up a career that has taken her “from the workshop to photo shoots, from private clients to big stages”. In it, she describes BKS as “a place where couture, fashion, image, artists and designers meet”.
On 18 September 2026, she walks the Lux Fashion Week runway for the first time, one of the edition’s four newcomers, with the eleventh of the thirteen collections. “Le Fil Sacré” is presented as “a collection of twelve looks conceived as a path”, echoing the twelve apostles: “twelve different presences gathered around a single legacy”.

The materials echo one another: wax print, bazin, lace, beads, sheer fabrics, feathers, sequins, tulle. The palette follows the story: white for light, burgundy and deep red for life and the journey, gold for what remains precious, emerald green for rebirth. The models were of different ages, including one with white hair.
Each outfit is a stage. Each fabric carries a trace. And together they become an act of gratitude.

The thread, the profile explains, is the sewing kind, and also “what connects”. On the catwalk, the sequence alternates long evening gowns, red lace, floral burgundy and white sequins, before a finale of trains.

In 2026, BKS also launches an editorial series published by info-lux.com: “Invitée BKS”, portraits of inspiring women from the region, shot at its venue in Neufchâteau. Christelle Bukasa conducts the interviews; the photos are by Christophe Van Bellingen.
The first guest, in June 2026, is entrepreneur Diana Pierret-Kerger. The second, in September, is Ann Martin, who has been a piercer in Neufchâteau for nearly thirty years.
