Dévi-Clémentine Joly is 20 as of January 2025. She was born in Metz, still lives there, and works as a childcare worker at an after-school club with nursery-age children to fund her training as a flight attendant.
My name is Dévî-Clémentine, I’m 20 and I come from Lorraine. I currently work as a youth leader in an after-school club.

Contestant no. 3 in Miss Élégance Nationale Lorraine 2025, she is drawn to the pageant's theme: elegance, good manners and dressing for the occasion. Miss pageants have always intrigued her.
A Metz native who loves history
She has explored the Moselle with her parents, at school and with friends. What stays with her are the places steeped in history. In Metz, she recommends Saint-Étienne Cathedral, known as the Lanterne du Bon Dieu, the railway station and Place Saint-Louis with its arcades; in Thionville, the Tour aux Puces and the Parc Napoléon.
Outside the cities, she recommends the Jardins fruitiers de Laquenexy and the Château de Malbrouck at Manderen-Ritzing, where she has seen every exhibition, from Brassens to Astérix. Food-wise: quiche lorraine, bergamot sweets, Paris-Metz, pâté lorrain and boulets de Metz.
A family behind her
Her mother and her partner have supported her since she signed up; her mother follows the pageant's accounts and reshares their posts. Her father and her younger brother take her to the photo shoots and are proud to see her in the pictures.
Everyone is happy to see my progress, and above all the photos when I have some! You have to take the plunge and give it your all, because it's still a wonderful experience and a chance to meet new people!

For stress, she relies on her mother, a hypnotherapist, and on the presence of Nanda, the regional delegate, who reassures her. She describes her style as classic, understated and simple.
Always learning
The quality she considers essential: wanting to learn. Dancing in stilettos or standing in front of a jury, none of it comes naturally, she points out. For years she has also championed a cause: the fight against breast cancer.
Every woman can win or reach her goals, whatever they are. With the will to succeed and motivation in what you set out to do, I believe anything can be achieved.

The audience’s favourite
On 18 January 2025, at the château de Nilvange, the eight contestants parade in evening gowns, swimsuits and wedding dresses. The info-lux.com report describes her as a martial-arts enthusiast, like jury member Mike Steven, and keen to support Octobre Rose, the campaign against breast cancer.
The Miss title goes to Carla Mastrorillo. Dévi-Clémentine is named Miss Élégance Nationale Lorraine Audience Favourite 2025.

A few months later, More Followers photographed her with the Lorraine Misses at Maison Heler, in Metz. There, she talks about what came next.
I enjoyed taking part in this competition. Of course I stepped out of my comfort zone, and it gave me a lot. I also learnt more about elegance, a subject I'm particularly fond of.

Since the pageant, she has done one photo shoot after another and is involved with a Thionville charity, Les Dames de Cœur.
My dream would be to make a living from it and go as far as I can.
