In brief. Trained in Haute Façon finishing, Hélène Guiot has worked with clothing for nearly forty years and also teaches it. At Lux Fashion Week 2026, she closed the designers’ show with “Meraki bloom”, a quarter of whose pieces come from her house’s archives.

Wedding dresses, ready-to-wear, one-off pieces: since 2018, info-lux.com has followed her collections on the Arlon catwalks. In 2026, she closed the designers’ show.

“For almost 40 years, Hélène Guiot has explored clothing as a second skin and a hymn to femininity,” sums up her official profile.
Trained in the traditional Haute Façon finishing techniques, she also teaches finishing, pattern cutting and textile studies.

Her favourite fabrics: lace, silk, voile and brocade. After three years devoted to ready-to-wear, she returns this season to “the exclusive, one-of-a-kind piece”.
In 2018, info-lux.com was already describing her as “a passionate designer for more than 25 years”. Her first ready-to-wear collections had given way to wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, children’s pieces and accessories, made to measure and hand-finished. She saw clients by appointment at her workshop.
She knows the Arlon runway: she walked it in 2024, then in 2025 with “Entre Deux”, a collection reworking original Yves Saint Laurent patterns from the 70s.
Info-lux.com had followed her shows long before. In 2018, at Lux Fashion Week, her “La Dolce Vita” collection featured hand-applied cut-out lace and thousands of organza flowers. In spring 2019, at the Summer Fashion Show in Arlon, she presented light silhouettes and a bride who was “womanly, playful, romantic”. In 2022, she was among the eleven designers at the return of Lux Fashion Week.

In 2024, for the tenth edition, her introduction mentions 35 years of teaching fashion, a design workshop founded in 2005 and a ready-to-wear line since 2020. Her collection that year is called “Chiaroscuro”: opacity and transparency, restraint and lushness.
I dreamed of a return to the spotlight, of a feminine, sensual collection created for women by a woman (and not just any woman).

In 2025, the show’s introduction describes her as convinced that clothes should adapt to a woman’s body, not the other way round.

Her 2026 collection is presented as a celebration of colour, movement and contrast, “from white to deep black by way of bursts of solid and printed colour”. Two choices shape it: “a quarter of the pieces were made from the house archives”, and “half the collection is aimed at a bold, free-spirited bride”.
Celebrating the diversity of women’s bodies and reawakening elegance: that is how this new collection began.

On 18 September 2026, at the Hall polyvalent in Arlon, she presented the thirteenth and final designer collection, just before the finale. The segment opens in colour: slit yellow satin with orange and fuchsia feathers, a green floral print, an asymmetric fuchsia dress. Then come sequins, a copper glitter dress, a ruffled black veil, and finally a long run in white: lace, satin, pleated skirts.

Her wish for this collection fits in one sentence:
May every woman see herself in these silhouettes and feel the urge to dare.
