Léanne Stéphano is 18 when info-lux.com introduces her, in December 2024, as a contestant for Miss Moselle 2025. The profile also describes her as a Top Model Europe semi-finalist.
She is studying for a BTS SP3S and aims to work in health and social care, with a clear goal: one day running a care facility, such as an EHPAD care home for the elderly.

Her journey has been marked by trials that forged her character. Today she describes herself as an ambitious, resilient young woman, determined to turn life’s difficulties into strength.
For her, entering Miss Moselle is a chance to carry a message of hope: to show, especially to younger people, that it is possible to overcome old wounds, get back on your feet and take charge of your own destiny.
Never doubt your worth. Whatever the hardships or the criticism, you are capable of great things. Believe in your dreams, even if you think they are out of reach. Every challenge can become a strength, and every wound can help you shine even brighter.
Léanne Stéphano, December 2024

The cause she champions is the fight against physical, psychological and sexual violence. She would like to set up an association to help victims rebuild their lives. She puts it simply: this cause affects her personally.
Her family is her main support, especially her stepfather, whom she describes as a pillar. He taught her to ignore what other people think and to believe in herself.
I’d tell them to go for it, to believe in themselves and never let judgement or doubt hold back their dreams. Everyone has a light that can shine if they dare to reveal it.
Léanne Stéphano, December 2024

To show people the Moselle, she recommends the Neufchef iron mines, a reminder of the département’s industrial past, the Parc de Sainte-Croix, and her home town, Thionville, for its fortifications and landscapes.
To release stress, she does weight training, a discipline that gives her mental and physical balance. Fashion-wise, her style is elegant and natural, with a modern touch.

On 21 December 2024, at the B’est shopping centre in Farébersviller, she opens the line-up of the eleven Miss Moselle 2025 contestants as no. 1. That day, she says she wants to help children who suffer any form of bullying. Nina Damblant wins the title.

In October 2026, Leanne Stephano is among the six finalists of Miss Élégance Nationale Lorraine 2026, the third edition of the competition, photographed by Michel Fouarge. The final is scheduled for Saturday 28 November 2026 at the Salle Voltaire in Guénange.
