Maë Rosato was 18 and from Longwy when, at the start of 2026, she entered Miss Élégance Nationale Lorraine as contestant no. 3. At the time she was studying for her baccalauréat.
To her, Lorraine stands for solidarity and courage: a history, traditions and the warmth of its people.

A gymnast from a very young age, Maë was regional champion and finished 8th at the French championships. An injury kept her out for several months: she had to repeat a school year and spend a month in a wheelchair. In February 2026, info-lux.com wrote that the ordeal had made her more patient, stronger and more determined.
I do artistic gymnastics, a sport that has taught me patience and perseverance. Outside sport, I’m passionate about photography.

She also works behind the camera: as a volunteer for animal charities, she photographs animals waiting to be adopted.
In the pageant, she isn't trying to look like the other contestants. Elegance, in her view, comes down to respect, politeness and kindness.
For me, a Miss doesn’t only represent beauty but also important values such as good manners, respect and kindness.
Maë Rosato, March 2026
For me, elegance is first and foremost an inner attitude, and only then a style of dress.
Maë, January 2026

Her heroine is Éowyn from The Lord of the Rings, discreet and underestimated at first. She sees herself in her:
A woman who has been through hardship and come out even stronger, who uses her experience to understand and help others.

On 7 February 2026, at the Forum de Longuyon, Maë Rosato is one of seven finalists. Louna Dos Santos is crowned Miss Élégance Nationale Lorraine; Maë receives the Coup de cœur award.

In March 2026, More Followers photographs her in red at the Centre Saint-Jean in Longuyon, with hair by Fabien Tulli and make-up by Alexandra Barré, in a Bona Stella Fashion dress. Michel Fouarge describes her as “dressed in fiery red”, moving “like a tamed flame”.
I love photo shoots because they let you express an emotion, a personality or a story through an image.

Her dream photo shoot: “an artistic shoot around painting, for example with paint on a dress or on the face”.

In January 2026, she was hoping to get into dental school. In March, she sets out her plan: a work-study course to become a dental assistant, then further studies in the field. Further ahead, she dreams of a balanced life, a family and a job she loves.
What her mirror would tell her:
I think he’d tell me to believe in myself, to stay true to who I am and never to forget that real beauty comes from confidence, kindness and sincerity.
