In October 2024, Margot Grivel is 19 and in her third year of medicine. First runner-up in Miss Vosges 2024, she is preparing for the Miss Lorraine pageant.
She comes from Le Tholy, a small village in the Vosges near Gérardmer. Passionate about fashion and driven by a love of a challenge, she wants to represent Lorraine and put her home region on the map.
The Hautes Vosges in the spotlight
I want to showcase the richness of our wonderful region: its natural side, with superb landscapes, notably in the Hautes Vosges, and its cultural side, with heritage sites that are emblematic of our history.

For a getaway, she recommends Gérardmer: in summer for water sports on the lake and walks under the fir trees, in winter for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. In Nancy, she mentions Place Stanislas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Doctor and ambassador
Her cause stems from her studies: medical deserts. Margot wants to raise Lorraine’s profile nationally to encourage future doctors to settle there.

A first pageant
It is her first Miss pageant. She doesn’t see it as a “mere” beauty contest, but rather as a “personality” contest, a chance to give the best of herself.
I had to learn everything, so I’d like to prove that hard work and determination are the keys to success.

Her family and those close to her have supported her from the beginning. Her younger sister would like to have a go herself one day. Margot would tell her “to dare: it's such an enriching adventure that helps you grow and gain self-confidence, and it's full of wonderful moments”.

Elegant, chic and simple
Margot works in fashion too: on social media she presents the new collections of the Exoticus boutique in Gérardmer, credited for the dress in her photos. She describes the style of the boutique's brands as “elegant and chic, but always simple”.

On 12 October 2024, in the Tiger World hall at Amnéville Zoo, she is contestant no. 10 of sixteen, with Miss France 2024, Eve Gilles, in attendance. The Miss Lorraine 2024 crown goes to Assia Roosz Tomenti.
